KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer needs and preferences to guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and information to customers.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Maintain exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience.
- Passion for sales and a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Positive attitude and quickly adapt to new skills.
- Ability to work a large showroom
